Our journey began with just $50 worth of groceries, a handful of mum’s traditional Indian recipes, and a spark of hope. In 2018, after losing a long-term corporate job, Parul received a simple request from a friend: to make pani puris for a party. That humble beginning turned into something extraordinary. Together, Parul and her daughter started a small, private kitchen that catered to intimate events, weddings, and cultural celebrations — serving up to 1,200 people at a time.
